This case report describes the clinical and digital workflow for the design and fabrication of implant-retained overdentures using a fully digital approach.  The study emphasizes efficiency, predictability, and patient-centered care. The workflow describes the digital implant planning, guided surgery, CAD/CAM bar fabrication, and final prosthesis delivery. This protocol aims to inform both clinical practice and education while laying the groundwork for broader investigations.
